1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.
2. Delivery Times
Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days. Express shipping takes 1–2 business days. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days depending on your country and local customs.
3. Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free on all orders over €40. Orders under €40 have a flat shipping fee of €4.95. Express shipping is available for €9.95. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
4. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this to follow your order in real time.
5. Delays
While we do our best to meet our delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or customs processing for international orders. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the order has been dispatched.
6. Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us through the contact page on our website and we will resolve it promptly.
7. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
